Gramiksha Fellowship programme aims to support youth to become educational leaders of society. This year long programme will help fellows to build their own organization from scratch.
The programme is designed such that it has a mix of field immersion, problem identification, online & offline training and one-on-one mentoring sessions.
These sessions are used to develop essential skills of leadership such as problem-solving skills, financial simulation & understanding numbers, presentation, networking and team building.
This fellowship aims to increase awareness about Gramiksha and its initiatives and action on educational rights among the youth. It is directed at encouraging a better understanding and greater engagement with the several aspects pertaining to education,
Through fellowship program, we aim at creating an army of change-makers. To create leaders through experiential learnings who act as catalysts of change and help create a measurable impact by identifying the issues in education system.
